Functionality

We use high tech scanners to convert source media typically paper documents into digital images. We then use labor intensive manual data entry procedures to key from image and OCR software help when data is clean in standard format to create information records for these digital images. This converted data is used by our clients in a format for data conversion he prefers - usually via FTP, Email or CD/DVD ROM as desired.

Data Processing involves all the steps that are needed to convert data into electronic format.

In this process, data is keyed in by two independent operators which is then programmatically as well as manually verified by a third operator. We have completed several large projects with accuracy of over 99.998%. This process is very suitable for business needs which require stringent quality like Checks/Orders processing.
