Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC) has launched an App for Android and Apple platform for its initiative SARATHI (System of Assisting Residents And Tourists through Helpline Information). Dimakh Consultants has developed this application for PCMC to assist Citizens in Pimpri Chinchwad and tourists through helpline information. The application provides information related to various civic amenities and allows people to get the required information at their finger tips that too round the clock 24X7 at their own convenience from their own mobile and hand held devices.
The application provides a detailed Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section from where users can get information related to various civic departments Viz e-governance, LBT, BRT, Health, Schools, Science Park etc. The application also gives details about various Hotels, Police Stations, Hospitals and Ambulance services within Pimpri Chinchwad Area and allows direct dialling and making a phone call from the handset itself.
