Job Description

Dimakh Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AI Tester to evaluate, validate, and improve the performance of AI-driven systems and applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing machine learning models, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and ethical compliance, and identifying areas for improvement.

What You Need

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test and validate AI/ML models for accuracy, performance, and reliability
  • Design and execute test cases for AI-based applications and systems
  • Analyze outputs of AI models and identify inconsistencies or biases
  • Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and product teams to improve model performance
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for AI systems
  • Document test results, bugs, and improvement recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards
  • Monitor AI system performance post-deployment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
  • Basic understanding of Machine Learning and AI concepts
  • Experience in software testing (manual and/or automated)
  • Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks
  • Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data outputs
