We are searching a talented person to join our team. As a Project Coordinator you will be in charge of assisting our Manager in organizing our ongoing projects. This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, project work hours, organizing and participating in client’s meetings, and requirement gathering. Ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. If you have excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skill , ability to lead a small team, then this is the right job for you.
What you need
Competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
Should have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
What you will do
Preparing and monitoring project plans, project schedules, project work hours.
Organizing, attending and participating in meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings and keeping minutes of meetings.
You will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, ensuring project deadlines are met.
Developing project strategies.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Ensure client’s views are managed towards the best solution.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
