UB Engineering Limited a leader in the Engineering sector commenced its operations in 1963 as a partnership firm and came under the UB Umbrella in 1988. UB Engineering is handling large Industrial projects such as Power, Refineries, Steel, Cement, Fertilizer, Petrochemical and Desalination Projects. The company wanted to present its brand as a experienced and reputed company of international stature and highlight all its achievements and recognitions. The challenge for Dimakh Consultants was helping them define the online brand and present a new age look to their website with better content and usability.

Together with the UB Engineerings team we came up with a concept of giving the website updation control to the team at UB Engineering. Two important sections that needed to be regularly updated were the News & careers. This concept evolved in the idea of customizing a Content Management System with a password protected area to update the information at a simple click of the mouse. The careers section was built in a innovative manner and evolved as a mini portal for job applications. The UB team could define positions, job descriptions, and other details and directly allow candidates to Apply Online. Hundreds of resumes that came in were easily emailed to the respective heads and HR team for further action and the entire process was made smooth for the candidates as well as management.
