Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure the project meets client requirements.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to ensure timely deliver.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting on project milestones and KPI.
  • Optimize project workflows and methodologies (agile, waterfall) for efficiency.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project scope, resolving scope creep and managing changes.

Skills & Experience for Digital Project Manager / Project Analyst

  • Project Management Skills

  • Strong proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project.
  • Agile and Waterfall methodologies experience; familiarity with Scrum or Kanban.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams to execute digital projects.
  • Risk management skills to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Analytical & Reporting Skills

  • Ability to analyze project data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Excel, Google Sheets, or advanced reporting tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in preparing and presenting project reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Ability to generate actionable insights from data to improve future project outcomes.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey project updates and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage and set client expectations while maintaining strong relationships
  • Skilled in leading meetings, presentations, and internal reviews with clients and teams

  • Ability to delegate tasks, manage team workloads, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve project challenge
  • Technical Skills

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, web development, Adobe Express, Canva and UX/UI design principles
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms like WordPress, Magento (preferred)
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media analytics for digital campaigns
